By the authority vested in me as Chief Judge of the Third Judicial Circuit of Florida and pursuant to Rule 6.630, Florida Traffic Court Rules, and Chapter 318, Florida Statutes, I do hereby appoint CHRISTINA NIETO SEIFERT, attorney at law, as Civil Traffic Infraction Hearing Officer for Columbia County, with all the duties and responsibilities of that office in accordance with Florida law. This appointment shall remain in effect until further order of the Court.
