PROBATE AND GUARDIANSHIP

All hearings are coordinated through Court Administration at (386) 758-2163. If an attorney reserves time on the Magistrate’s calendar, the attorney must file a Notice of Hearing within five (5) days of reserving the time. If the hearing time will not be used, the attorney shall contact Court Administration to remove the hearing from the Magistrate’s calendar.

Please submit all proposed orders to the civil case manager or to the Civil Deputy Clerk at the respective Clerk’s Office.

PROBATE AND GUARDIANSHIP

For Columbia, Suwannee and Taylor Counties, please e-mail all proposed orders to the Clerk of Court or Judicial Assistant. If the Certificate of Service reflects delivery to anyone that has not designated an e-mail address for service, prepare the Certificate of Service on the proposed order to reflect delivery to the attorney for the Petitioner/Personal Representative/Guardian. The attorney will in turn, need to file a Certificate of Service reflecting delivery of the order to all interested persons who have not designated an e-mail address for service.
