IN RE:ORDER APPOINTING SUBSTITUTE MEMBER OF TAYLOR COUNTY CANVASSING BOARD
WHEREAS, Florida Statute 102.141 specifically sets guidelines for substitutions for county canvassing boards, and
WHEREAS, Taylor County Judge Stephen Murphy is unable to serve as a member of the canvassing board for Taylor County, and    Â
 WHEREAS, Circuit Judge James Roy Bean is a qualified elector of Taylor County and is not otherwise disqualified from serving on the Taylor County Canvassing Board, it is therefore
ORDERED, that Circuit Judge James Roy Bean is hereby appointed as the substitute member of the Taylor County Canvassing Board until such time as his services in this capacity are no longer needed for the 2008 elections.
