By the authority vested in me as Chief Judge of the Third Judicial Circuit of Florida, acting in consultation with the judges of the circuit at the November 14, 2008 judges’ meeting, pursuant to Rule 6.630, Florida Traffic Court Rules, and Chapter 318, Florida Statutes, I do hereby appoint WILLIAM B. BRANNON, JR. to be Civil Traffic Infraction Hearing Officer for the counties of the Third Judicial Circuit. This appointment shall remain in effect until further Order of the Court.
