IN RE:COURT FILE CHECKOUT (Replaces 2009-012)

WHEREAS, pursuant to Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.410, the Chief Judge may authorize court employees to remove court records from the clerk’s office, it is therefore 

ORDERED that:

The following State Court employees of the Third Judicial Circuit are authorized to check out any and all court files in all counties of the Third Judicial Circuit.
