WHEREAS, the undersigned has been advised that the Honorable Judge H. Wetzel Blair, Madison County Judge, is unable to serve on the Madison County Canvassing Board during the 2010 general election cycle.

WHEREAS, that by virtue of his training and prior service. Cary A. Hardee III, a member for the Florida Bar in good standing and qualified elector of Madison County. Florida and otherwise is well qualified under section 102.141. Florida Statutes to serve as the substitute member of the Madison County Canvassing Board.     

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT:

ORDERED, in accordance with section 102.141, Florida Statutes, Cary A. Hardee III is hereby appointed as the substitute member of the Madison County Canvassing Board for all Board purposes related to the 2010 general election cycle.
