WHEREAS there are currently seven circuit judges and four county judges routinely hearing family law cases in the Third Judicial Circuit; and
WHEREAS the need exists for an Administrative Judge to coordinate, direct and monitor family law efforts for the Family Law Division in the Third Judicial Circuit; and to work closely with the Third Judicial Circuit Court Administration Family Court Support Unit as well as with the various Clerk of Court offices to promote circuit-wide consistency and ensure Unified Family Court initiatives as set out by the Supreme Court are addressed, it is therefore        Â
ORDERED that effective July 1, 2011, the Honorable Frederick L. Koberlein, Dixie County Judge, shall preside as Administrative Judge of the Family Law Division for the Third Judicial Circuit of Florida.
