IN RE:ORDER APPOINTING ACTING CHIEF JUDGE
WHEREAS, I, David W. Fina, Chief Judge, will be unable to perform my duties as Chief Judge of the Third Judicial Circuit of Florida from Saturday, June 25, 2011, through Thursday, June 30, 2011, and find it necessary to appoint an Acting Chief Judge pursuant to Rule 2.050 (C), Florida Rules of Judicial Administration. It is, therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Honorable Leandra G. Johnson, Circuit Judge will be Acting Chief Judge of the Third Judicial Circuit of Florida from Saturday, June 25, 2011, through Thursday, June 30, 2011.
