IN RE:ORDER APPOINTING ACTING CHIEF JUDGE
WHEREAS, I, Wesley R. Douglas, Chief Judge, Third Judicial Circuit, will be temporarily absent from the State of Florida from Friday, March 16, 2018, through Monday, March 19, 20 18, and find it necessary to appoint an Acting Chief Judge, pursuant to Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.215(c)(4).
It is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Honorable Mark E. Feagle is hereby appointed as Acting Chief Judge of the Third Judicial Circuit of Florida from Friday, March 16, 2018, through Monday, March,19, 2018.
