ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2019-002

IN RE:             REPORTING STATUS OF COUNTY JAIL INMATES

           In order to comply with the mandate of Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.215(b)(8), the Sheriffs’ Offices for Columbia, Dixie, Hamilton, Lafayette, Madison, Suwannee, and Taylor Counties shall provide to Court Administration, for use by the Chief Judge, a monthly report of inmate population in their county jail. This report shall include the names of all inmates, each inmate’s date of birth, date of arrest, charge(s) on which the inmate was arrested, and any information regarding holds or detainers lodged by other law enforcement agencies. This monthly report shall be provided to Court Administration for the preceding month by the 5^th of each subsequent month.

This order shall supersede Administrative Order No. 2015-004.
