IN RE: TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT OF HAMILTON COUNTY CIVIL

TRAFFIC INFRACTION HEARING OFFICER

By the authority vested in me as Chief Judge of the Third Judicial Circuit of Florida, and pursuant to Rule 6.630, Florida Traffic Court Rules, and Chapter 318, Florida Statutes, I do hereby appoint CHRISTINA SEIFERT to be Civil Traffic Infraction Hearing Officer for Hamilton County, FL, with all the duties and responsibilities of that office in accordance with Florida law. This appointment shall remain in effect until a county judge in and for Hamilton County, FL is  sworn in and assumes that office.
