WHEREAS, pursuant to Florida Rules of Judicial Administration 2.410, the Chief Judge may authorize court employees to remove court records from the clerk’s office, it is therefore
ORDERED that:
1. All current Court Administration staff are authorized to check out any and all files in all counties of the Third Judicial Circuit.
2. All Third Judicial Circuit mediators are authorized to check-out files to conduct assigned mediations.
3. A list of staff and mediators is available upon request.
4. This Administrative Order replaces Order No. 2009-014, dated December 23, 2009.
